The other day when I was at the gym, I was doing something evil. I was reading a cooking magazine while working out. Talk about a mental distration. My stomach growling, mind wandering and an impulsive urge to jump off the treadmill and head home to start cooking. Mainly because I saw this delicious recipe for Vietnamese Salt and Pepper Shrimp Noodle Bowl in the Cooking Light Magazine. So what did I do? I stopped at the store on the way home, picked up all of the ingredients, cooked and served.
