Getting Fit New Years Resolution

Getting fit tops the charts of New Years Resolutions all over the world.  But getting fit is not always that easy.  Where does one start?  What goals are attainable?  Why type of workout?  In an effort to help you get to your goals faster, I have made a list of workouts around the Seattle Puget Sound that have free trials or 1 time drop-in fees.  Great way to test out classes to see what you like the best.

1) Seattle Weight Loss Booty Camp
Jump, sprint, push and pull yourself into shape.  Lucky Magazine voted the program “Best Bikini Body Bootcamp“.  $10 drop in fee.

2) Team in Training
Join a marathon, triathlon, hike or cycle program.  Meet other active individuals while raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Sign ups for Summer events going on now!  Free to join.

3) Flywheel Sports

6) Crossfit
Looking for some serious strength training?  Jump in on a Crossfit class or watch a local competition.  Warning: this workout can be addicting!  Locations all over the Puget Sound and most likely very close to your home.  First class is usually free, but price varies by location.

7) Kettlebell Classes
