First Birthday Party Ideas

My first post of the year is always about the best ‘first’ there is, the First Birthday. A simple activity, fun food  and a great smash cake are usually enough to make a birthday enjoyable for young party guests.    Set the tone with a fun invite, and then seal the deal by sending your guests home with an equally appropriate party favor.

First birthday construction themeI Dig Being One
What fun to have guests come dig and play with the birthday kid! Notice I said kid, who says this can’t be for a girl?
Hello! These tape measure cards from FamilyFun would make so-cute invites, just write the party info on the ‘tape’ instead.
Goodbye! Several options from a plastic hard hat from Oriental Trading and a canvas smock from Home Depot  to toy constructions trucks and plastic hammers.  We had these at our own party and were a hit!.

First birthday The Very Hungry Caterpillar themeThe Very Hungry Caterpillar
This classic is perfect for the age group!
Hello! These adorable invitations from Pottery Barn Kids have a easy tutorial.
Goodbye! Alpha Mom’s fun fruit tags make favors healthy and fun.

First birthday color themeColors
Maybe you don’t have a specific theme in mind, so how about all things bright and colorful!
Hello! I love the candle on this invitation featured on Kara’s Party Ideas;  get your guests excited to attend by asking them to dress in their favorite color.
Goodbye! Loralee Lewis sends her guests home with a pail full of animal crackers; simple yet playful.

First Birthday bee themeBumblebee
Yellow and black is such a fun color combo and it works for both genders!
Hello! A sweet-as-honey invite from Paper & Pigtails.
Goodbye! Package up a few pretty cookies like these featured on The Hostess Blog.

First birthday Seattle zoo themeZoo
Want a zoo blowout at your local spot? Both Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo and Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma have party packages inside the carousel house.
Hello! It’s a roarin’ good time with this invite from Tiny Prints.
Goodbye! Add a thank you tag to these plush animals from Oriental Trading.

First birthday ladybug themeLadybug
How about a garden party where the ladybug is the star?
Hello! Tiny Prints’ ladybug invite
Goodbye! Have guests catch chocolate bugs you’ve hidden around the house/backyard with butterfly nets, the perfect double duty party activity and favor at Hey Bubbles.

First birthday Under The Sea theme beach ball inviteUnder The Sea
Got a water baby? Head to out to your local pool and splash the day away. Seattle has oodles of pools; further north, Mountlake Terrace and Lynnwood have awesome indoor pools with lazy rivers and plumbed-in spray toys. If you are planning a summer birthday, head to a free splash pad like these in Tacoma.
Hello! Write the party info on a beach ball and mail in a padded envelope; Mix Mingle Glow did this and you know their guests couldn’t wait to attend.
Goodbye! Besides their beach ball, purchase noodles for the party and send guests home with them.

They are a very good way to promote business service.

In addition, many of the words used started to take on slightly different meanings, depending on the context
in which they are used. A internet marketing business,
in a nutshell, a business that’s designed to run on the internet via a website.
